Warehouses and distribution centers (DCs) have never faced challenges close to what they face today.  It’s not just one piece of the supply chain that’s broken now, it’s the entire structure.  As a result, operations are contending with long lead times from order until delivery, difficulties forecasting demand, and increased shipping costs.
