In a technology-dominated field, my analog tools are essential for bringing emotion and storytelling into my work. My AirPods Max are my go-to for staying focused and getting into the zone.
Jigaro Kano’s “maximum efficiency, minimal effort” principle applies to more than just judo—it’s a life philosophy. Ballet is one of the most challenging disciplines, and dance and movement are a huge part of my life. I start every morning with an arabesque while brushing my teeth—it’s a quirky way to stretch, but it works!
