Since everyone has been sharing their Spotify-Wrapped data, we decided to hop on the bandwagon and share some of our favorite achievements and metrics from this year.

TEConnect Podcast

Our podcast crew consistently generates topics for new episodes and syncs up with some of The Channel's most in-tune Subject Matter Experts for these conversations. As a result, over 390 hours of the TEConnect Podcast were consumed this year. That's a job well done in our book!

Unboxed Series

Between myself, James Korte, and even a few special guests, our content team has unboxed 27 different devices this year, including payment kiosks, mobile computers, printers, barcode scanners, and MORE. That's a lot of papercuts.

BlueStar Events

BlueStar hosted SO MANY EVENTS in 2024, all across the continental US. Our teams networked hard and played harder at various MLB baseball games for our 2U Tour series.

Our C-Suite and Executive leaders participated in several group-think situations within our Executive Summit track at many scenic locations, most recently in the Bahamas. And we can't forget about yet another successful VARTECH in Orlando, Florida, where we shot for the stars and landed amongst partnerships, old and new!

End-User Surveys

Pointing the spotlight back onto our Content Team, we researched and produced several data-based surveys. End-users were polled on a variety of topics, including mobility devices within field service spaces and retail leaders' opinions on Point-of-Sale priorities. The list continues further.

LinkedIn 

At the start of last year, one of our goals was to hit 10,000 followers on LinkedIn, and we've continued with that streak and are now around 13.1K followers. In fact, in 2024 alone, we acquired 1,626 new followers, and we're pretty proud of that milestone!

YouTube Videos

Short-form content is among our best-performing content across all platforms, especially YouTube! This 38-second product video for Elo was delivered and scored 159K views. A job well done!

Most Popular Post

VARTECH truly is the most wonderful time of the year for those who celebrate, and we definitely tend to score some superb engagement metrics on social media during that time as well.

This year, in particular, our most liked post on LinkedIn consisted of images included in a "Day One Wrap-Up" for the events and educational panels that took place that Monday. Our followers have responded, and what can we say? We're fans of this post, too!

Webinars

Year after year, John Martin, our Senior Content Marketing Manager, hosts various vendor-sponsored webinars exploring commonly asked questions and concepts within multiple vertical markets. 

You would commonly find John with his WebEx status listed as "Hosting a Webinar" frequently, and the metrics collected prove that point.
